| I was trained as an Electrical Engineer and
Computer Scientist and have been working in medical computing
for more than 25 years. Until 1997, I was a Senior Research
Scientist at Stanford University Medical School. I continue to
consult with the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. I have a significant record of
accomplishments in medical computing. My bibliography includes
over 40 papers (see below). I was a member of the Board of
Directors of Computers in Cardiology (an international
association of physicians, engineers and scientists) for 15
years and served as President for three years. I currently am
Director of Information Systems for Computers in Cardiology
and operate the Computers in Cardiology web site.
In addition to QCA PlusPlus, I have designed several other important medical computer systems
and I also hold a patent for a cardiac monitoring device. In
recognition of my achievements, I have been listed in Who's
Who in Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in America and
Who’s Who in the World.
